Group of 12 Haplochromis sp. "Ruby Green 2M 10 Fem (I think)
Group of 12 mbipia lutea cross bar unsexed...
Group of 6 Pundimilia N. Ruti Island unsexed
and some kind of bottom dweller for cleanings..... any ideas?

Sounds like you maybe heading for some cross breeding. Will you be able to ID all those females afterward?

I think you mis understood me.

I am trying to figure out what group I should put in the 29G. If someone mixed all 3 of those they should be slapped twice. lol!

No driftwood b/c I am doing Cichlids and they tend to like higher PH levels. Driftwood tends to lower PH levels. I will deff put some holey rock in my tank. Not much thought bc it will be a breeder and I HATE digging out rock every week to get babies lol!

I would go with the Pundimilia N. Ruti Island myself, but that's just because I think they look the coolest, although the Ruby Greens are really nice too, tough call. For the bottom dewellers I would put some clown loaches or maybe some cory in there, they are really economical at petsmart these days...

I would suggest corys for the bottom. Clown loaches get too large for a 29, and while they tiake a while to grow, they can do so in spurts that can catch you off guard. Not to mention, if you use snails for algae removal, they will become loach snacks. affraid

Personally, I like the Ruby Greens.
