The frontosa and synodontis are Africans and need different water parameterrs

I have slowly adapted the tank to a higher PH. All of my research has shown that if you do it slowly, you can adapt fish to a PH that is not native to them. I run that tank in the high 7's. A little low for the africans and a little high for the americans, but a happy medium, I think.

You can adapt them to live in it, but will they thrive? Probably not.
