So I caved and have decided to get the kid a pair of angelfish now the question is does anyone know where I can get a good pair of mature angels? He only has a 10gal tank so they would have to be fairly small but I would like to get them for him for Christmas so any help would be great!!

Sorry ,,, but a 10 g tank is way too small for a pair of mature angels !! It's way to small for a single mature angel for that matter .

29 gal minimum for angels (just for them to get to a healthy size) and youll be able to keep some cories and some medium size tetras in there too. if you tried to compromise for a 20g, just imagine 2 adult people stuck in a 8x8x8 box.

any less and i can picture them being somewhat stunted in size. very unhealthy
