the 1st pic is
my male Lyretail Anthias
pic 2 and 3
are female Lyretail Anthias
4. is Midas Blenny
5. well lol its a clown:)
6. yellow bellied Hippo Tang.
the Anthias are very pretty fish they are even more colorful in person, they are also very picky eaters and water quality has to be A+ but I love them anyway:)

make the switch its not that hard and if you look for deals it dosen't have to be expensive either. a friend of mine just got his 1st tank last weekend on CL its a 72 gallon reef ready half circle with the light, skimmer, powerheads sump and even live rock for 300.00 bucks.

great looking fish, I'm slowly but surely getting the stuff to go SW, got a skimmer from mike205 the other day (guy at lfs says it's very old, but will do the trick) he also said that my skimmer could also function as a filter, if i out the media in it... and well, idk if this true, but he said that and a 50-60 gal rated HOB filter should be sufficient for a fish and invert only SW set up. I just want more opinions

Depends on what size tank you are setting up, I look for a skimmer rated atleast twice the water volume. lets say I am setting up a 90 gallon tank I would look for a skimmer rated for 180+. a FOWLR is easier to maintain because the water quality doesn't need to be as precise. just becareful using any type of media, it can easily become nitrate factory.
