Here is something that popped in my head today lol...
We all try to have our water parameters as close as we can to whatever the natural habitat is to the type of fish we have so they will thrive and breed...But what happens when a fish that in nature would be in a ph of 7 is in an aquarium with a ph of 8 and the fish actually does breed?...Since the newborn fish are born and raised in this ph 8 wouldnt that meen this is the new fishes natural habitat? After all they never would have been exposed to a ph of 7?????
