Favorite Fish:: really getting interested in corals. Pretty fond of Ricordea mushrooms... so many colors and a very forgiving coral.

I am currently using frozen formula food for my anemone. It's by Ocean Nutrition and is called Formula One.
Ingredients are: krill, plankton, gel binder (i'm wondering about that), shrimp, spinach, clams, kelp, fish hydrolysate, tuna eggs, fish meal, squid.
It contains: 15% crude protein, 1% crude fat.

any suggestions to give more variety to my anemone?

You can feed it raw shrimp, fish and krill in small chunks or bits.

anemone live mostly on light so dont over feed. I feed mine maybe once a week and my maroon clowns feed it on occasion. I use frozen brine, mysis with a shot of phyto make sure to rince any frozen food in RO/DI water before use because it contains super high phosphates I tested it. raw table shrimp are good and freeze dried krill.

Anemones live more off of light than anything. If it has a host to a clown fish the clown fish a lone will get food and feed the anemone. I have a bubble tip and i never feed it it is in the spot he likes and eats through the current. I really wouldn't be to forward with feeding him manually. Let the tank do the work for you. If possible buy a small koralin and have it flow towards the anemone so the food floats but doesn't get hit with direct current that way he will not move away.

i hardly ever feed my BTA lol but my maroon takes really good care of it.. she will remove the food i feed it .. i have fed it and literally had to keep my hand in the tank to keep her away and im too lazy to sit with my hand in the tank shooing my clown away while my anemone eats for 10 minutes lol.
