First topic message reminder :

Just scored a 29 g w hood, filter, heater, gravel vacuum, and extras for $25 on craigslist cheers. Now what to put in it? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated! Can yellow labs or blue dolphins go in a 29?

I got a pic, but it was kinda from the top not head on and it looked taller (if that makes sense?) but i wasnt sure. Thats why i called first and asked again if it was a 29 and she said yes.

I thought a 29 would be too tall to fit in the trunk? guess there is more room in there than it seems.

This time I really scored!! lol Only thing is the filter is missing the bottom piece of the of the tube that goes in the water, the part that has the grate. Is there a way to replace or rig it so it doesnt suck up the fish?

get a piece of netting and use a rubber band till you get the piece for your lifter. I do this also with shrimp nets when I need a prefilter cover and don't have one. pantyhose also work.

Look online, they are out there.
Yes you need a plant bulb.
If you are on a tight budget theres cheap ways to do planted tanks.
