This is my rescue dwarf Gourami named Chomper. Our LFS saves the "handy capable" fish for us to take home and give them a shot. He somehow (from what it appears) managed to survive a bite to his back. The bite ends 1 mm from his little spine. He has grown since we got him, and is doing great. Need to get better shots of him as he swims with the discus. He must think he is one.

haha. thank you. I like the odd ones more than the others usually. they seem to have a different personality than ones that are normal.

Thanks everyone. He acts just like any other dwarf, very peaceful. I have had him around 6 months, and he grows like the rest. Haven't had any issues. (knock on wood lol)

thats not a bite mark, it's a deformity... not common amongst gouramis but it is amongst angels..
