What should i put on my Sword plant so it would stay planted, every time my large fish swims fast it lifts it from the gravel..

Deeper gravel? ;)

You can also get some biodegradible string and tie it to something such as a rock that you sink into the gravel. This should hold it until the roots take. Use root taps and some sort iron suppliment for quickly establishing roots. Also, be careful when you clean the gravel around it. You don't want to cut off/damage the roots.
