| i hope too hybrid a pair of my fish too look just like that ... its a flowerhorn male and a dovii female ... there paired off and hes diggin a big ol hole under the pot and the pot i i the size of a dinner plate and 7 inches deep laying on the side , pot broke in half on side , if it works ... ill post baby and grow out pics ,,,,, thats 1 sexy @#@#$. i love it and want 1 or 50 bad | |

| Very difficult fish to keep in reality. Big ones can be quite nasty although they can be kept in a communty tank with other bruisers as long as the tank is large enough(240g+). Along the lines of dovii, umbriferus, trimaculatus, and festae with regards to aggression-at least the males. Females stay quite a bit smaller but are a handfull. One of the easiest fish to bloat up that I've ever kept-must be fed veggie based diet until they reach 4-5". Then they become a bit easier. | |
