in reference to the last photo i have a question...

i got 2 redish finned fish from carealot in newport news and i was under the impression that they were red tail acei...but after adding them to my aquarium they dont seem like them to me...

and my other question is also referring to the last photo... i have no idea what the greyish fish is kinda reminds me of a convict but im sure its not...

Have u thought about a plain blue background ?
In my opinion they are so much better looking than any else
It brings the colour of the fish out and the fish are a lot less skittish, it also enhances the rock formations

no i havent i just used the background that i use to have on the 50ish gallon tank i use to have set up a few years ago... im actually thinking about either making a rock background that goes in the tank or the 3D backgrounds that go inside the tank... still looking for fish to add to my tank to give it the look im goin for... i like blues and oranges together

yeah i like the 3d background you have but but they are entirely too expensive for my blood...i love ur tank setup tho if i had the resources i would have something similar maybe a little lighter in color...but u have nice color contrast

lmao...yea i remember when i had my old cichlids a few years ago the african would try to swim with the fish that are in the background...i guess that that kinda like fake date as they were always trying to breed...
