    First topic message reminder :

Anybody familiar with FH? I've been doing this business for a while, but have never dealt with FH recently had someone who specializes in them offer to sell one for a really reasonable price, and thinking about dropping him in my 125. 125 currently hosts 4 Fronts, a flagtail, two datnoids, and an arowana. Anybody know if these are good mates, for it, of is the FH probably going to dominate all of them?

Well well how productive this has been... I truly hope no one In the future clicks on this thread when they have the same question looking for answers from people who "know". I came to this forum for knowledge experience and love for the hobby..... not bashing people who have different views and likes....hate is bred from ignorance.....hate is for the ignorant...... this thread should be deleted after the first page... truly sorry I had to warch this after giving advise to a fellow hobbyist..

I couldn't agree more... The sad thing is I had to specifically say multiple times this thread wasn't about hybrids it was about a question from one hobbyist to some others about advise... If I have foolish illogical things to say that have nothing to do with the thread then I don't say them... Anyhow thanks for your logical input and sticking with the thread question, it was helpful.

If you want to get technical a FH comes from the same Animal Phylum as every other fish... excluding worms, and some ocean life... Therefore it any breeding done between any fish would only make it in the same phylum, and natural which would mean its the same as every other fish and wouldn't fall under another animal phylum... It's like saying a black person and a white person having a kid should be classified as something else according to you...

haha, saying two different species of fish being bred on purpose to create a total different species is anything like "inter-racial" marriage/conception is why this arguement doesn't need to go away.... First of all you really don't believe that do you? You can't really even go there,?

Please let me make this VERY CLEAR.

    A flowerhorn is 100% a hybrid.

We are NOT hybrids. DOGS are not hyrbids, nor Cats and whatever else you listed.

An African American man having sex with a white women and them having kids is not a hybrid.... If you truley believe that I feel sorry for you.

Breeding a pitbull dog with a Boxer dog is NOT a hybrid.

Breed a pitbull dog with a wolf, and then you got yourself a hybrid.

This is a forum and everyone is alloud to have an opinion. On my/our forum if you post something up like "Flowerhorn" you are asking for it. If you don't like it don't open the thread back up. Go to flowerhorncrze.com or something like that. They give help to flowhorn people.

USA Fishbox , No likey the flowerhorn, We educate so that you can own pure quality fish. IF YOU DON't LIKE THAT THEN TUFF COOKIES!
