WELL IM ALMOST MOVING FROM MY APARTMENTS TO A HOUSE AND IM GOING TO HAVE A BASEMENT AND I WANT TO GET A BIGGER TANK BUT ITS TOO MUCH MONEY SO I DECIDED THAT IM JUST GOING TO BUY A POOL. I HAVE AN IDEA OF HOW I WANT TO DO IT BUT I DONT KNOW IF ITS GOOD SO TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK

Well I think it looks ok. Its not a very technical drawing. One thing I would change though. I would think you should arrange your inlets and outlets so that you have a circular flow around the pool. That would help your filtration get to all of the water and then you would only have a dead spot right in the middle of the pool.
You may also want to add a small plant area into your filtration system. That will help pull the nutrients out of the water.
So what are you going to put in it? How many gallons?

YEAH THE INLETS I WANT TO SUCK IN FROM THE MIDDLE AND SIDES. I DOND KNOW ABOUT THE OUTLETS THOUGH. WHET DO YOU MEAN PLANT AREA? I WANT TO FILL IT UP WITH DIFFERENT KIND OF PEACOCK BASS AND CATFISH. I WANT TO GET LIKE 1000 TO 1500 GAL.

The same concept as a heavily planted sump.... Unless those guys don't eat plants.
Have the outlets pointing so that you end up with a very weak whirlpool. You want a constant flow in something that big.

i had a similar idea but on a smaller sacle (7 foot octagonal spa shell), and i was going to go saltwater. that changed when i had no where to put it and keep it warm enough, then i opted for a small pond, again that got shot down to the point of it just being a fountain. needless to say the spa shell i am currently selling because i do not have the time nor the space for it right now
