What is that?

its for people doing sumps with return lines in the tank each piece snaps together and u can bend or angle the return line any position you require also has spray bars and nozzles people use them on salt water tanks that have a built in overflow and return box

I believe the stuff is actually for delivering coolant to a work site, like on a lathe, for example.

Not me! The stuff is expensive, though. I really like their selection of flare nozzles! Shame about the color. I could swear I've seen them in black.
