| hello there! i'm Nikki, aka Luimeril. i'm 23, live in Hopkins, SC, and am mommy to 7 spoiled betta fish, a rabbit, and a mutt-dog. my bettas are my babies, though, and i spoil them as much as i can! i have 4 males, and 3 females. there's:
*Cup, my oldest, a Veiltail with an attitude and some amazing finnage
*Lulu, my oldest female, who's a Plakat and loves to eat
*Zidane, a Crowntail rescue, who i found in a gross cup filled with fuzzy mold
*Chappy Belle, a Halfmoon Plakat female i raised from a month-old fry, my spoiled princess
*Dante, a copper Delta tail who seems to hate his tail. :/
*Caroline, a female Cambodian Veiltail, and my desk-buddy
*Theodore, my newest almost pure white Halfmoon Plakat, and almost completely blind.
their tanks range from a 1 gallon with daily water changes for Lulu, all the way up to a 3 gallon with twice-weekly water changes for Chappy Belle. i use silk and plastic plants mostly, and only Chappy and Caroline have real plants, in the form of one large ball and one small ball of Java moss. i had some Guppies, but it was only a trio of brothers, and before i could get more, they died.
i hope to learn alot on this site, and i enjoy just chatting about my fish(maybe a little TOO much! lol), so i hope to enjoy my time here!
