Tamk 33L
2- Odyssea EX250 powerheads (250 GPH each)
rounded edge gravel
petrified wood
rocks
Java Fern
2- 100W CFB clip on lamps

This is just a test run of the tank. Will be doing a 3/4" pvc flow under gravel when I get to Lowes to buy the PVC.

Pics are not the best but you get the idea.

Do you have your power heads at opposite ends of the tank? It looks like it from the first pic. Just curious as it would create a cross current if so.

Great start BTW. And you need to stop, because I'm chomping at the bit to fire mine back up. LOL

Are you going to try hillstream loaches??? I was planning on setting up a tank with them and panda garas similiar to what you are working on keep us informed.

Also are you going to drill holes in pvc making it and undergravel filter or do sponge on one end powerhead on the other?

The sponges are the filters as they sit on the pvc. Are you referring to drilling holes on the pvc stem that the sponge sits on?
