Our Two New CT Betta-Boys

Here are our two new bettas that I got a few weeks ago. The first one is mine. He hasn't got a name yet, but I definitely know I want to go with some sort of mythology-type name. The second one is my daughter's betta, which she named Oreo. Do not ask me why; she is only 6! LOL!

Can kind of see why he's Oreo, red face & finnage white'ish body. Have a 3 year old our puppy's kind of considered a "red dog" thus he got named Elmo LOL don't ask no clue but easy for him to remember

Thanks! They are just a couple of mutts I picked up at Wally-World, but cute for the price I paid. I want to order my next betta that I get, but I am always concerned about having bettas shipped in the winter.

Shaysfishys, I know exactly what you mean! I have no idea where my kids get their names for the pets they have, but they have come up with some unique ones! LOL!

Seawitch, Whisper has quite a few nice ones growing out for spring. Hey don't knock the kid Oreo is better than some names adults name their kids. lol!
