Here are some pic's of My new 55 gal setup the tank was a gift from friend who upgraded and I found the stand with another 55 gal while driving down the road it was on the side of someones house I had to stop and ring the doorbell to ask why on earth would this be outside the man said it was in the garage when he moved in he needed the space for BMW and it was mine just haul it away no problem I replied. Once I got the tank and stand home it was in need of a lot of TLC the 55 gal tank I still need to fix the plastic trim is broken but the tank is still good I was thinking remove the plastic trim and replace with wood. But my #1 plan was to get the stand cleaned up to use my 55 gal that my friend give me so after scrubbing and completely sanding down then staining an sealing it was like new.I used an old desk that I proudly dumpster dived to make a canopy out of and now it's setup and I am looking for new tenants. I love keeping fish and learning all In can about them I am a true believer in Recycling to help keep this earth a cleaner place.

    Well done!

Love the tanks. Love when people find stuff useless and you can use it for a good deed.
