Hello everyone,
I'm new to the site and just saying introducing myself.
I've been keeping fish for a couple of years now. My current setups are a 130 gal brackish setup, archers, monos, puffers and some others and some great filtration - lol. A 55 brackish with 2 toadfish and 2 g. tile's. And a 30 gal planted tank. I'll try to get some pics up soon - any other brackish keepers out there?

They all are - lol. Watching the archers spit crickets down or puffers swim around begging for attention or hearing my toadfish grunt and growl at each other, or watching the eels rip pieces of market shrimp in half. Way to hard to pick favorites!

I agree. Way to hard. I thought if i asked that I would get you to talk some more lol!

I like Frontosa but I must say I LOVE the pundamilia nyererei species. Lots of good color there.

Yup, I haven't got into the cichlids yet. The only ones I have are my orange chromide pair. Those look pretty nice though, almost match your rasta colorations too.
I posted some pics of mine in the show and tell with the title brackish.

What's up fishtex?

I think we should start a brackish water part of the forum for everyone to post their questions on.

My wife has been bugging me for over a year now to get puffers. Any advice?

Green spots and figure 8's are all I have kept so far. I love them both, they all act like little puppy's. They'll eat from your hand and even let you pet them a little bit. Just keep an eye out and find ont with good coloration and a nice white belly. This seems to express happiness and good health. but just like all fish they have different personalities so check them out good before you buy if you are putting them in a community tank.

Not a community tank. A puffer tank. But thanks for the tip! I'm sure I'll have more questions! Stick around!

Wow sounds like you have some really fun tanks! I would love to see a video of the archer fish in action!
