Yes. What are you looking to put in there? I would try some nice Mbunas or smaller tangs.

Some shell dwellers might do well in there.

Let us know what you decide to go with...

Rams i hear are "delicate" and hard to keep alive!!!
thats wat i hear ppl say!
i have a cpl in a 60g mixed with african cichlidz and they do fine!!!! (even though ur not suppoesed to mix SA with africans!) they surprizingly hold their own witht hte cichlids!
they are always the conversation starter wen ppl come over and look at the tank!

German Blue Rams are nice, you just have to keep up with your water changes and make sure you don't have big swings in your water parameters and they will do well.

They like slightly acidic water (6.5-6.8) and a nitrate level below 15 or so. Also, keep in mind that they are cichlids and that if you try to put too many of them in a tank, they will have territory battles. So make sure you have lots of cover and try to keep the numbers down to about two pair in a 30 gallon. The best way to keep two pair is to have two "seperate" sides of the tank. In other words, don't let the pairs see each other's side of the tank easily. To get them to breed is easy. Just put a few flat rocks in a corner where there is decent cover and BOOM. Eggs.

They are semi-peaceful when they are not breeding, so most other fish will do well with them. I liked having harlequin rasboras in the tank with them because their red color offset the ram's blue and yellow colors. If you have any other questions let me know. I've had good and bad experiences with them!

You could. I wouldn't unless the angelfish are young and you only have a few. The angelfish will get too big and eventually take over it's part of the tank. They also like to eat eggs and may cause some unsavory conditions if you have more than one pair of rams. But it can be done if you keep an eye out for fights and have a backup plan.
