Va Chapter meeting details

Dinner will be Chili, salad, and rolls
coffee, tea, Mountain dew and pepsi

trade auction will be taking place during the get together so no money involved in auction. Just trade. I will have a tank set up to float bags and air pump with stone to give air if needed for livestock.

we will have a donation box that if you would like to donate for T-shirts and etc for USAfishbox.com

Please list on this thread donations for auction and if you would like to donate anything to the dinner like plates, cups, dessert, or anything else.

Also you can bring family and friends so give me a total number of people coming with you.

I will be going shopping for the meeting tonight as my roommate is leaving tomorrow so I will not have transportation to get to a store before the meeting. I may need someone to bring salad fixings I will get dressings and cheese for it. (lettuce will go bad). Will post again after I shop to give details on what I got.

Regarding the meeting I will have a tub of used equipment, decorations and whatnots up for anyone who wants anything. Some of the items are tubing for a python, small heaters, brownish red gravel (small amt), 48" flexible bubble wand, and whatever I find to throw in.

And stickers!

Everyones getting stickers!!!!!!! I'm putting together a little gift bag for everyone with the stickers included.

Still trying to get to walmart! GGRRRR!!!! Hate depending on others for transportation.

Do I still get to go even though it looks like I may not have fish for awhile? :( My last little guppy isn't looking good. She's about 2 years old and the last male went five days ago. However, as their tank is only a 5 gallon it's going to be awhile before I'll be restocking. I did find a trio of dwarf puffers locally, which is what I'm holding out for, but their color was terrible so I'm resisting the urge. Anyhoo, since I don't have any larger tanks right now it's going to be awhile before I can set up anything else. Good news, though, is that I won't need anything from the auction, except maybe a few live plants for when I find my dwarves but I'll still bring what I have. :) Looks like for the time being I'll be fish-keeping vicariously through my USAFishbox friends!

Let me know if you need any snails for DPF ...also check care-a-lot had a ton of dwarves last time I was there...did not really check condition though

I'll call them tomorrow. It's a heck of a drive if they don't have them. I'm a little apprehensive, though, going through them. Their fish department used to be top notch. Last two time I went in almost every single fish had ich. Worth a shot, though. I doubt this little girly will be here more than a day or two. She's getting that curve I've noticed they get in their spine in the last few days and she's not eating.

Of course your welcomed to come! Just because you don't have any at the moment doesn't mean we are going to exclude you you're part of the family. If you don't get the puffer I have endlers you can have for your tank.

Yeah they slamed their tanks full for christmas ...only place in town qith blue acaras and I will not touch them till they get the Ick under control.

NICE! A lot going on at the VA Meeting!

Ok. So I'm a lil late. But I wanna go! I can bring my husband. (But we don't eat venison). I can bring some young to young adult male Sunburst plagues if anyone is interested. I am interested in live plants like wisteria or other floating plants for baby fry. Also interested in Otos, shrimp, corys , guppys, etc. Can I be emailed the address? well we will see what the weather is like that weekend. It suppose to warm up by Thursday so the snow will be gone at least.

Anyone interested in bringing some desserts or salad fixins? I will make some kind of vegetarian dish for those who do not eat meat or someone can volunteer to bring one.......
