75g Cichlid

75 is on its way to be up and running and ready for the moori to arrive....will post pics as i progress.....Holey rock is currently basking in the sun

How necessary are air stone for a cichlid tank?

you are going to need an air pump and some tubbing to connect that air stone. This is probley going to be your show tank with a decent amount of fish im assuming....so I would say you are going to need it.

Ok...I have everything.....this is my first cichlid tank not sure how important it was with them.....Have a 300g with no air pumps

you have a 300G fish tank? I thought u said it was a 75 gal?

Yeah I am setting up a 75g now.....I also own a 300G

oh ook. Whats in your 300G? you will need them for both. I have 2 that are a pretty decent size in my 120G.

The 300 is empty....just moved and have yet to set it up...might wait till I move back to Alaska to set it up

Very true. I only have them in my 55 and my 120. I have 30 other tanks with just the water sufrace moving a bit.

I just moved here to Tx from alaska about a month ago...moving back there in a year and a half

Ouch. Why the move and move back so fast? Id say set the tanks up. Year half is a long time.

The Army moved me here against my will....I love Ak and want to spend the rest of my life there....So I am going to get it out and move back

I would love to live there but I hate the cold. bet it is very easy on the eyes and very pure.

Have the two little pieces that are in there now plus one that is bigger....in the process of posting a pic...

This rock will be going in the center where there is an empty space
