I have an albino Bristlenose male and a Brown Bristlenose females together . It's been about two months now and still no eggs. I do have another ABN male. Should I put both of the males in with the one female? Will that get something going? | |

| I breed mine with 2 males, 6-8 females. The dominate male usually does all the breeding. He will do 1 to 5 or 6 females at once sometimes. I get lots of fry this way. I strip them from his cave before they start leaving it and raise them in bare bottom tanks for ease of maintenance, they poop a lot and are quite messy. I have 4 breeder groups and tons of fry this way. Really about all it akes to breed them is a male and female. I have found that the younger males do better so I rotate males sometimes if they slow down. | |

| Mine have been getting increasingly bigger numbers of eggs and fry too. First spawn was like 20, then 40, last one was huge! | |

| I don't think the clay pot is what you need for breeding. It could work, but mine like a tube. The tube's that I use have a 2" opening and in the bottom it's about 1" wide. They are also 6" long. If all else fails try one of the many breeding tube's that are out there. | |
