| how do i know if the eggs are fertilized?? she just keeps laying them but she is the only albino in the tank | |

| Most eggs will be a tan color with a black dot in them if they are fertile. If not they will stay white. Just wait a few days. they know when they are not good. | |

Cory eggs don't last long either unfortunately. They are some good nummy-nums. :) | |

| If it is a Pepper Cory or Green Cory , they will mate . What else is in the tank with them ?

| i would take the out and put them in there own tank,use meth blue to keep them from going bad and put a bubblier under the eggs. thats wat i did wen all my cories bred. i didnt just have one female, i had about 10 females in a 100 gallon. | |

| the ones my frogs didnt snack on still look like that..not sure what the name of the other one i have is but he has a stripe across his eye and dots on his sides. | |

| so had a cory spawning i think around friday possibly and i left the eggs in the tank. come home today and look like they have hatched. what should i be looking for on the size of the fry? | |

| They look like very tiny tadpoles at first, in the first seven days. At four weeks they will show juvenile coloration, which may mean some extra spots or dark blotches. These will disappear over the next few weeks. By four to six weeks they will have developed a nice dorsal, anal, and tail fin. They are very cute at this stage!!! By eight weeks the juvie coloration changes to the adult coloration, and they look pretty much like the adults, but they still have some filling out to do. Lots of corys look like this but check out C. atropersonatus. :) | |

thanks i googled it but i couldnt find a picture to really compare to. i think i seen little ones last night hiding in the moss so hopefully in a few weeks i will know for sure | |

| first time we saw new borns , we were absolutly amazed !! They were the tiniest babies we had ever seen ! They are so cute to watch ! Our hatching jug is two gallons with bunches of "guppy grass" | |

| i just left all the eggs in the tank, most of them were directly where the filters flows back in at. i seen a few earlier but i havent seen them since | |
