Most eggs will be a tan color with a black dot in them if they are fertile. If not they will stay white. Just wait a few days. they know when they are not good.

Just give it a day and check them out. If not all you need is a nice sized male to help her out

If she's the only one.....not viable.

Cory eggs don't last long either unfortunately. They are some good nummy-nums. :)

If it is a Pepper Cory or Green Cory , they will mate . What else is in the tank with them ?

They look like very tiny tadpoles at first, in the first seven days.

At four weeks they will show juvenile coloration, which may mean some extra spots or dark blotches. These will disappear over the next few weeks.

By four to six weeks they will have developed a nice dorsal, anal, and tail fin. They are very cute at this stage!!! cory eggs 165198

By eight weeks the juvie coloration changes to the adult coloration, and they look pretty much like the adults, but they still have some filling out to do.

Over the next nine months they will mature fully.
