| i have 2 male mollies, a black and a silver, chasing my pregnant black female....is this normal? i havent ever seen them chase my females before. usually my females can stay in the tank until they start to have the babies but being the only female left in the tank i am not sure if they are wanting to get a lil action from her or are trying to do harm to her... | |

| male mollies are always looking for action.... the dominant male will spend his day chasing the other male and female. a good rule is to keep three females per male to spread their agression or keep an all male tank. if the male mollies are relentless they can really stress the female mollies. | |

| In my opinion I would move the female to another tank until you can get some more females to go with the males. I would think that will keep some stress off the female. | |

| Moving can be stressful on you (moving a fish tank is a pain in the your kno wat) and the fish. Like Ben said you should add a few more females to the tank, if its big enouf, to keep all the fish happy. | |
