They are a great lil' fish, personally have never had much luck with the peat spawners but still a nice fish very easy to care for. There were a couple guys on aquabid selling eggs of this species, you may want to look into it specially since eggs are easy to ship and they should have them marked when to put them in the water for hatching.

I have started keeping killifish and developed a real "thing" for them. I currently have 5 Golden Wonders. The first 2 were males who needed to be separated. I thought I bought 3 females the next time but their coloration and size is the same as the males.
Killie experts: how can you sex the Golden Wonders. I also have 2 male and 3 female gardneris and 3 whose names I neglected to get when I bought them. They are gold with black horizontal stripes and some gorgeous gold neon spots. The lfs guy told me he picked out 2 females and a male for me but, again, I can't see any physical differences.

I would love to correspond with an experienced killie fanatic/breeder, as I am going to a killie regional convention in Phoenix next month and want to know which killies are compatible with those I already have and whether you can keep several varieties in breeding pairs/groups in the same tank.
