| Don't know much about cichlids but ran across these on ebay. Thought they were pretty. Has anyone very heard of these?

| Looks like it was originally a silver blue color going by the albino color. They look like mbuna of some sort?
There are some cichlids with the silvery white color......Cant think of them off hand though. Look up dwarf cichlids if your thinking of going cichlid. |

| They are pretty. I have some shellies, anglefish and brichardis. But I don't like cichlids as much as other fish. I like the looks of a planted tank more then the rock, sand and black background decor, you have with most cichlids. My angels are in a large planted tank. | |

| sounds like you like more of the South American cichlids than the Africans cichlids I'm sort of the same way. |

from what I found when I googled them they kept coming up as a soccolofi. None of the posts I found though stated they were albinos, though a good ul of thumb I have always followed is if they are white with red eyes (try that ombo in humans, its freaky... I use to know one!) then it is an albino.

| Yay!!! thought my guess was right LOL hadn't seen any in quite sometime, don't pay much attention to albinos in general just not my thing.
Course who am I to complain about color, my favorite fish is basically brown doesn't take a whole lot make me happy LOL
That's a reasonable price for sure, didn't pay attention to where they were shipping from. Last time they were available locally thing they were between $7-10, had socoloffi for a while just the standard blues but a guy that I was babysitting all his fish while he moved came over to pick his fish up, seen them and offered an amout of money I couldn't say no too they could easily be replaced for that and still have some "fun money" leftover.
