| I love the flyer! Now January just got even further away. Lol. I've already been counting down the days but, yeah. Should be 62 days till the meeting if my math is correct on my husband's return day. However, I ran out of fingers and toes to count on so I could be way off. As for the strain of guppies, I'm not really sure. I'm doing some reading on it but a place down the road has come gorgeous neon yellow females(yes, the females are actually bright yellow) and lots of variously colored males. I'm thinking of getting a beautiful velvet black male and a metallic blue male. However, while their color is fantastic their tails aren't that impressive. There's a store that tends to get in males with tails taller than their body is long so I'm thinking I might look there for at least a couple to try to introduce that trait. Plus, I can be sure they're from different blood lines that way. I'll keep you posted on how it goes! | |

| This sounds great and January 9 ought to be fine for me! I love the flyer, too! Thanks so much, Fishvixen, for taking the reins on this one. A pm is coming your way. Deborah | |

| I plan on coming to this event! I have several things I can donate. I can also car pool if anyone needs a lift! I doubt the wife will want to come, she doesn't think hanging with fish folks is entertainment! However I'll give her arm a few twists! We do have 3 kids ages 16-11-4. So I'll wait to discuss this before making final plans. JB | |

| I feel so lucky right now. The husband was never interested in fish before but is making an effort to get into it for my sake(of course, he's into predators mainly!) and is actually excited to come and see what all the hype is about. Also, I'm not sure what I'm going for with the guppies but I'm carefully choosing my stock. So far I have one male dedicated to the cause. He's small bodied with a large tail. Gorgeous dark velvet orange(a bit lighter than a red velvet swordtail but with that same saturation) with a light golden sheen to his abdomen. I'm just kind of looking around right now for livestock that strikes my fancy. | |
