Yep so I have...umm im not sure lol. I cycled my tank with a few babies from lfs labeled "assorted baby cichlids' And then I got some free from craigslist...sooo yea. If anyone can identify them that would be amazing lol!

There are 11 fish all together...5 babies, 4 convicts(?) and 2 peacocks(?)

EDITED PICS: I have labled all the fish with numbers to help identify them easier ^^

Here are the 4 convicts(?)

The yellow peacock(?) sorry its blurry, he's pretty shy and thats the best I could do without stressing him too much...

The blue peacock(?)

Convicts and the yellow

On a side note...I know the convicts(?) have some fin/tail rot. They actually dont, its just damage from a previous owner when they had an outbreak there. Im adding some melafix to the water in hopes of helping some grow back...

Anyway, Thanks to any/all help![b]

The third convict pic...that is not a convict from what I can see and I do not know what it is.

With those green sparkly lines I wonder if it's a Green Terror.

Your little yellow guy with black fins is a Yellow Lab...

Your "yellow peacock" looks like a German Red from what I can tell in those pics...

Not sure about your "Blue Peaock..."

Be careful with the convivts, I see male and female. If they decide to pair off you will also have a breakout of convicts. The third pic down looks like a Brennan terror or a jack dempsey. I had my share of convicts and the only reason I would get more is to bread for feeder down for my other fish tanks.

center of the 3rd pic is a red jewel. hemichromis guttata I think... She looks fat with eggs. If you can get a better pic of her I can be certain if its a female... I'm 85% sure though

Proytect- There are a bunch of pics on the first post :)

lgsasquatch- Im pretty sure the largest one and the striped one closest to it in the first pic have paired off...the little guy guards them both against all the other fish and they're glued together 24/7

Fern- I'll get one and post it up in a few mins ^^

Thanks everyone for all the help!

Edited pics with number...hopefully that will make it easier :)

So heres what everyone thinks:

1-Marbled Convict
2-Marbled Convict/Red Jewel
3-Green Terror/Red Jewel
4-Red Jewel
5-Yellow Sunshine Benga/German Red
6-Electric Blue Ahli
Yellow baby-Yellow Lab

Lol thanks everyone, anyone want to help narrow this down?

Also, Fern I think you're right about female/eggs. The more I think about it...she spends most of her day in the castle...and shes pretty protective over it. Theres not a way to see inside, so Im not sure if there are any eggs though...Here are some more pics of her(#3) I just took
