| i have mollies, platys, corys, and african dwarf frogs. it could be a possibility between the frogs or corys...but my corys havent shown much interest in each other and my frogs have been really weird the last few days | |

| Well if there are other fish in the tank you won't have to worry about it. They'll get eaten. | |

| Should you ever want to raise them , I use an old plastic one or two gallon jar . I put guppy grass or java moss and water from one of my tanks and an air stone in it . Then I scrape the eggs off the glass with a single edge razor blade and scatter them in the vegetation . Oh , I also add a couple apple snails in. 3-4 days after spawn ,,,, Babies ! Ray | |

| thanks ray that helps alot...since the eggs havent been bothered i may go ahead and do that... would moss be ok or does it have to be the grass??

| any type of vegetation is good . If it has been more than 24 hours since the spawning , keep a net under to razor blade as the eggs will no longer be " sticky . The "dance " is cool . if you watch , you will see the female have 3-6 eggs in her "claspers" . The females are larger than the males ! Right now I have a 2 gallon jug with itty bitty babies and some more eggs in it !

| Infusoria (spelling ? ) the slime that they leave behind while they move around is good for the new born fry . Read that some where , so I have always had Spixi's in my "birthing" tanks . | |

| it might be them, from what i've heard they lay them all over the place. try to watch and see which ones are the most protective of them in the tank :) |

| @ Bossman ,,, Cory are not protective of their eggs . Actually , others in the tank will consume them without interference from the parents . Snails ,, other cory , and other fishes will all consume them with out interference ! Some cory will interbreed ,, but most will not . | |
