There was some for sale on aquabid (JUL) http://www.aquabid.com/cgi-bin/auction/closed.cgi?view_archive_item&liveplantsm1310020802 P_volitan sold it so maybe contact them and see if they might have more.

It seems fairly new to the hobby so it is going to be hard to find. I found some posts dating back to 2010 but not much before that. Seems the origin of this moss is unknown and they can't clearly identify the species so for now it is just called "peacock moss" lol
