They can be a little on the aggressive side. But, other than that, their requirements are pretty much the same as other dwarf species.

thanks.

I have been watching them a lot the last few days learning about their behavior. What I though was a big male is actually an adult female. The shrimp i have identified as male are still small. The Three males have all planted there flag in a spot in the tank. It is funny to watch them. It looks like they are showing gang signs to each other then they will fight a little bit then run back to their territory lol.

I am going to keep a close eye on the males when they get to rough with each other I will separate them so they don't kill one another.

These Shrimp are very active especially the females. Always running around searching for food.

The two berried Females haven't dropped the eggs so I’m keeping a close watch on them to see if i can see the eyes in the eggs. I don’t know how long they have been pregnant so no clue when they will hatch.

Just a little update....

So These shrimp are alot of fun to watch. They tend to hide but once you put some food in the tank they all come out and go crazy. So far I have found they are not fans of algae wafers or shrimp food. But they love snails dead or alive, Krill, and Tetrachiclid flakes.

Their are four juvinile cherry shrimp in the tank with them. I guess I Missed them when I took the others out of the tank. So far they haven't been eaten by the red claws.

When they are not out looking for food they are normally in there hiding places. The males have been behaving they just sit there waving at eachother. When the females start fighting a male will break them up.
