i just got 3 adult oscars, and one adult jack dempsey, into my 110gal, tank, they were rescued from someone that no longer had the time for them, well, they do not eat very much, and leave food floating, as well as they do not eat the feeder goldfish in the tank, actively, but there does seem to be a decrease in feeder fish, i guess what i am asking, is, is this normal,

Could also be diet. The person who gave them to you might of only fed them one type of food . This could last 2-3 weeks. Try bloodworms with garlic guard. Healthy non stressed fish usually go nuts for it.
