| oooh very nice. I've always wanted to do a stream/river tank, extra extra long tank.
how have your fish acclimated from wild food sources to captive-type food sources?

how have your fish acclimated from wild food sources to captive-type food sources? They have transitioned nicely ! They now eat flake foods and smallish shrimp pellets.

| Heater location really doesn't make a difference IMO. But I did hide it behind structure just so I didn't have to look at it all the time . I was just excited to have it completed and wanted to get a video of it . Didn't even think about the heater ! Ray | |

There is a heater in the sump that has 5 tanks on it . Just wanted a little extra heat in the river when I added the fishes . You know , to stop any stress related ill's such as Ick .Will lower the temp incrementally till it reaches the same as rest of the tanks on that system. The other tanks are at 76° to 78°.
