| pic 2 allows for a better veiwing angle but really makes the room look small. | |

| I think I like the 1st one too, I've moved that poor recliner seat like 5 times today. I'm gonna move it back now to look like the 1st pic. The room is really long and narrow. 10x30... Thanks, I should have just left it a fishroom with no tv, this is what happens when you want to be closer to your fish! | |

| Does the TV need to be in that corner? Could you move the TV between the tanks on the interior wall and have the couch on the exterior wall? That seems to be the best view to me! | |

| That was my 1st intention and would have looked MUCH better but that didn't work out either. Probably would have kicked a hole in the tv when we reclined on the loveseat. 10 ft doesn't leave enough room. I wish we had the room made a few feet wider then it would have worked. | |

Well if that's the case, photo #1 Or you could get rid of the couch and tv put some candle, incenses, and a bunch of pillows in there and have youself a nice fishy meditation room. lol

| I would defiantly go with pic 1. I too have had a long a narrow room, it sucks trying to fit things in. | |

good luck, I am the wife, was so worried my husband wouldn't approve of the new arrangement. He's home, sitting with his feet up eating dinner with no problems. Whew!

| Ok here's what ya do. Make two rooms out of it. Move the little TV tray table. Put the couch there with the back to the tank facing the TV. Move the lamp table down further towards the TV. Put the little tray table between the Tank in the corner and where the couch now is. Don't like #1. Have to crane your neck to see the TV. have had that set up myself once and it killed my neck. | |

| Ha ha, the room did have 5 aquariums at one time. I went with Whisper's suggestion and it looks better and we won't get a stiff neck while watching tv. | |
