| Ok so a guy came into our store one day. He's an R/C car customer. He tells my son that he has a 20g nano tank he wants to get rid of for FREE ! So of course my son says yes he'll take it. After they guy leaves I go "Wade we have wall to wall tanks at the house now. What are you going to do with it?" He tells me I don't know I'll think of something. So a week later it's my birthday and Wade gives it to me for my Angel fish. WOW how neat is that so here it is. Now to my question. It's a fairly gentle return water flow but will it be to much for eggs and babies presuming I ever get any? Are you tired of all these Angel questions yet? LOL | |

| It should be fine but I would add an airstone for water movement. Stagnant water increases chances for fungus on the eggs. |

| Vixen it does have water movement that's what I was asking is it to much? Will it blow the eggs and fry around to much? | |

| If the return it too much I float (tied to the filter so it stays in place) a piece of styrofoam under the return and it disperses the direct flow |

| You are going to have to rig a sponge over the intake of it, that could be sporty with a nano tank...
The decor you have in there is fine as it is. They will probably use the teacup plant or just add some slate. |

| Any pre-filter that will fit your pump will work. |

| I vote for keeping the teacup and putting pink sponge over the filter intake | |

| Yes I cut a piece of sponge thin and put it over the intake part on the back wall of the tank holding it in place with three 2.5' plastic coated bobbie pins. | |

| Planted, once I see them pairing off I will take the others to a 20g. tank at my store and just one pair will be in this one.
So Fern you think it would be ok to just let them lay there eggs on the leaves of the silk plant instead of using slate? | |

| You can add a bit of slate but all in all that looks like a nice breeder tank! |

| There is a gentle water flow from this return tube. Do you think I should still have a bubbler of some kind in there? | |
