| This is the second week of cycling, patience, patience, patience, If I keep telling myself this then maybe it will sink in. Anyway just a pic of what things look like today. I'm using Feb 1, 2011 as my start date. I like looking at everyone else pics so here is mine. | |

| Thanks for the kudos everybody, it is an Oceanic 180 gal setup, I have the Coralife light which has three MH, four Actinics, and four Moon LED's, suspended from the rafters, the filter is a 40 gal sump with a hugh protein skimmer and external return pump. I have ordered a Fluval FX5 that at this point is lost in FedEx shipping, we have a trace on it. I should mention that I'm trying the cocktail shrimp method in the cycling process, just put them in a old net and let them hang in the tank, this way I can get them out in about a week. | |

| That is a very nice setup. Your rock is laid out nicely with lots of nooks & crannies.
I don't remember and sorry if it is in this thread. Are you going reef or FOWLR?

| Can't wait to see it!
If you are ever up in the Altoona area I can point you to an awesome reef only fish store. It is hobbyist owned & operated so no big box problems there at all!!
