Starting a new Tank room Sat. We will start with 10 /10gal.and about 15/5 gal. tanks , more will be added in future.Time to stop using little dual pumps and singles. What is a good pump for this room?Ive shopped around and read about several. Will be piping in cpvc for mostly sponge filters and some long stones.Alot of my crays have to be seperated at times.Thats the reason for so many 5 gallon tanks. This is a 12ft x 20ft room .Im sure more will come in near future. Thanks for any and all suggestions on this upcoming project.

You are on the right track. I did a PVC with the sponge filters. Works GREAT.

I use the Won Brothers AV-50. I had it pushing 40 tanks but I know it can push more. Every single tank one 1 pump. saves $$. You can get all the PVC supply at Lowes or home depot and you can get all the aquatics supply at kensfish.com , http://www.jehmco.com/ or I think Fish freaks cichlids might even carry everything as far as air tubing, the spouts you will need and the sponge filters.

Let me know if you need a full list. Khrister helped me do mine and it helped me a BUNCH. The best thing I ever did for my fish room.

I am running 26 outlets with a Won brothers Av-80. I like it a lot, just be careful and don't put muck back pressure on the pump. I plan to upgrade to the AV-100 In The future.
