| Just to inform others of this companies great quality of customer service. We had a pump part that broke so we contacted the company and they said this: - Quote :
- We are looking into adding some nylon in the pump to make it stronger. In the mean time any time you have a part break, just send it back to us and we will replace it under warranty at no charge. No receipt is necessary. Just send it back to us with a note requesting replacement under warranty.
Python 7000 W. Marcia Road Milwaukee WI 53223 So needless to say I sent in the broken part and they sent me a brand new one free!! All I paid was to ship it to them. Excellent company! Thanks Python | |
