| i had my white calvus breed yesterday even tho i had no power lol. feel really bad for the female she takes a beating from the male while they are breeding but she was really good about protecting the shell and her babies. she would lay vertically blocking the entire entrance to the shell form the male. the male bit her side several times. i hope the babies hatch and that my pleco does not eat them. | |

| no i seperated them yesterday but they are so fragile i have not figured out a good way to keep them alive. so the ones i do end out rehoming should be really good survives. top 5% of thier class lol. | |

| I use a clear turkey baster to move itty bitty fry. |

| yeah i do that. then i hatch baby brine for them with a add to the tank with a turkey baster as well. the baster gets a lot of work everyday!!! | |

| I think I paid $4 for mine, got it from bed bath and beyond. I really like it, nice and clear and it magnify's the fry so it makes the first round of culling so much easier. |
