Teresa, Do you have ick or just trying to prevent it?

In a 125G it all depends on what kind of fish and the setup. rocks/filter

If you want to sell some of your fish please feel free to do so but pretty please read the market rules 1st. Thank so much.

I normally use warmer water and Aqua Salt to get rid of ich...

But for a 125 gallon.. that's can be a bit of work...

What kind of fish are in the tank and how many?

Do you have a heater in the tank? set to what temp?

Did you see ich on one fish or several, or all?

Have you recently added new fish that may have passed this or triggered this, or was there some other stressful situation that could've brought it out?

If you see ich on one or few fish, may be alot easier to remove those fish into a quarantine tank, warm water 80-82ish, no charcoal, quick cure... aquarium salt aids in medicating and stress relief.

Plecos do not do well with salt. I've had them die within 30 min of adding half dose to a tank.

aquarium salt will shock cories, plecos, and shrimp... use some prail-pro or ich attack and slowly turn up the heat....
