Scooped these out of the outdoor pond. Are they mosquito larva? They wiggle around. Would they be OK to feed to my fish?

Yes they are mosquito larvae. It's okay to feed them but rinse them well in a net before feeding

Yes they are excellent free food for fish!!! I used to keep a bucket of water change water just for them to breed in for a constant supply of them..... but I ended up having too many mosquito's end up in the house so I stopped.
