i would wait til u feel lik their time really, and u dont need to turn on an aird bubblier, they breath air at the top.

okay wait til they r at least a month old before u want to do anything, fry r so delicate in their first month. its fine with no movement on the tank, just use a turkey baster and do ur water change just becareful at not sucking up a fry or 2.

Do the basting thing for about a month. Then you can start a sponge filter gently. If you are getting slime on the top of the water you can gently lay a sheet of paper towel on the surface of the water and carefully lift it off. That will take some of the slime off. Checking it to make sure you didn't take any fry with it. Really though you don't have to do water changes for about the first two weeks.
