There are so many benefits from these it would be hard to list all of them especially health wise. I myself have stopped the weezing I used to do, I can breath better, and I'm sleeping all threw the night now where before I only cat napped at night for years. We even have customers who weren't smokes but they use these just for the fun of it. We even have a customer who used to chew that got one and he has stopped chewing now.

Dr. are you taking your health into consideration? I smoked 50 years and still enjoyed it too but for my health I figured it was worth a try. I haven't had a cig since Christmas day when my kids gave me my e-cig.

I appreciate your concern. I'm glad that you made that decision. I have given up drinking and have cut down on smoking cigars. I still enjoy a cigar after dinner sitting outside. Maybe someday I wil make that decision. Cigars are 100 percent tobacco as oppose to cigarettes which are not. Yes I inhale. Good luck with stopping smoking. You are not making me very happy stopping because I own a lot off tobacco stocks and they pay a good divedends and have gone up in value and allow me to live in Mexico in the winter.

whisper I don't know where you get your info from about they are feeling it. First MO is into cigarettes, cigars, dips and yes e-cigarettes, and beer. Revenue and profits are up and they just raised their divedends 7.3%.

Well Dr. Who I don't know where your getting YOUR info from because we have hundreds yes hundreds of customers in our store that are quitting tobacco produces every week. And this is only one store selling ecigs. There are dozens of them opening daily. If you don't think this is hurting the tobacco industry you must be living under a rock somewhere or have your head in the sand.

I'm not doubting your facts. But the cigarette companies are into E cigarettes. I get my info from the P and I statements from the companies. Please check into these companies that you think are being hurt by what you state. MO has doubled in value in the last two years and pays out a 5 percent dividend. Cigarettes cost nothing to make and are cash cows to the manufactures. MO has returned a whopping 41,000 percent since 1970. That happens to be the best return on an investment. MO split off the international cigarette company which is called PM. Also split of Kraft foods which split into two companies. I personally have been able to have a nice casa in Mexico and be retired before 60 years old. I personally look at companies as investments and not look at social issues. Just remember that there are two items that regardless of how bad times get they don't cut back on. Alcohol and cigarettes are the two things people don't cut.

I'm hoping to quit and can't wait to get an Ecigarette. My mother in law let me try her Blu when I was in Indiana in December and it was awesome. I still smoked regular cigarettes but much less, which was even better because we had to smoke outside and it was 20 degrees! I'm hoping to have another baby in the next couple years but have to have my tubal reversed first. Navy will do it for free with the stipulation that I quit smoking for three months first. I figured that would be easy. Goodness have mercy was I wrong! That offer was put out last June and I'm still at half a pack a day. I have, however, gotten to where I "forget" to smoke sometimes so I'm getting there. Sometimes I get up in the morning and don't even think about a cigarette until early to mid afternoon. Generally when I remember it's either because I see and ad on TV or in a magazine or noticed a pack or a lighter somewhere in the house. But until then it never crosses my mind. I do, however, tend to be cranky during these times, I just don't tend to relate it to a cigarette. Heck, I usually don't even realize I've been cranky until after I've smoked. I also discovered when I hit the gym for at least an hour I literally can't smoke afterwards for hours. If I light one I end up tossing it after a couple puffs. I only light it out of habit because I'm driving home. That and bedtime are the only triggers I'm struggling with. I'm hoping to shift from a nicotine addiction to a "workout endorphin" addiction. :) Anywho, thanks for the info and I'll check out the website! I think my biggest hangup with quitting is fear of losing that "ritual" effect so I'm hoping to find one of the ones that has the little water chamber in it so that I can eventually switch over to just water vapor for ritual.

Keep working at it. Watched my grandfather die from cigarettes and beer 18 years ago. Lung and liver cancer ate him up in 6 months once it started. Not good folks.

Jeepluv77 if you get one of the good one like we sell you shouldn't have any problems with it. Those Blus are a total jock. We have the good ecig-Ctwists and many of the bigger mods. What you put in the tank is not water it is what is called juice. It's Propaline glycal ( which is used in most foods you eat) and Vegtable glycal, food flavoring and a very light amount of nicotine. We mix our own juice so we know what is going into it. Some even get it mixed with no nicotine. There is NO tobacco product in it at all. People who don't know what they are talking about are the ones that are giving ecigs a bad name. Dr.Who You stated this - Alcohol and cigarettes are the two things people don't cut.- Well I can't speak for the alcohol but the cigarettes people are going without and will continue to go without. I see hundreds of people weekly that have quit cigarettes and are staying off them. They now come in to by juice for there ecigs. We have old guys and young people who were smokers, chewed tobacco, smoked pipes, and cigars that have all quit and are staying off them.
