what to feed baby african cichlids

i want to know what to feed them so they grow faster and have anyone tryed CICHLID GROW FLAKE TROPICAL on ebay befor

i have not tried those flakes before but i have tried everything from nls to egg flake to veggie flakes. i have need seen any difference in any of these. all i found is keep the tank clean and feed often.

my fry tank gets feed 3x a day and i clean it at least once a week. i buy all my food from ken and the fry get the same thing as my breeders and other fish

i had frys befor but it takes a while for them to get about 2 " so thats y i was asking if there was something to do or feed to grow them out faster i am going to clean the tank once a week and see how that works thanks for the help

i have feed mine vitamine boost, vegie, sprilina, egg, color, cichlid etc.

i liked the idea of the vit & plus color mixed together. but my adult fish i feed nls and dainichi blended.

I use egg flake and brime shrimp flake.
