Dream Fish

Well...for quite a while now, I've wanted this (link) fish. However, its getting the wife to give the go ahead, on at least a 175G tank. She says I can get one...if I get rid of the rest of my tanks (7 I think)

Yeah...she likes the fish just fine. However, tank and fish care is solely on me. Those guys won't come cheap...so I'd have to make sure she can care for them too. I spend alot of time away from home...not something I could just leave hanging around for a year at a time.

There's a LFS here in MO, that has several for sale... If you like catfish, you should check out. Jaguar, High Fin, or Tigrinus catfish. They have much more color and far more expensive then the Blue Whale Catfish.

I'll have to take a look at those. I am a fan of catfish, as long as I know they have the room to live properly.

Now that is a beautiful fish. Congrats on the permission to get it.
