Here are some of my rock bass. It seems very few people are aware of them. they have great personality and thrive in a medium to large tank. I think they have great color

they are bright turquoise and bright orange with green and black vertical stripes

Favorite Fish: : My Favorites are the Pleco's and Cory Cats . BUT , I have 44 running Tanks at this time . I keep 3 kinds of Shellies , several types of Pleco's ( mostly Ancistrus ), Cichlids , Crays , Angels , LB's , and some local species .

Very nice looking Sunfish. And a Rock Bass is in the Sunfish family. According to everything I've seen/read , you have some panfish Ie;BlueGill and something else. Here is a link

Also , rock bass have red eyes and dull , dark colors .

Looks like a warmouth, rock bass have a very distinct shape.

interesting, from what I have read and herd from people I fished with in the past, this looks exactly like the standard rock bass

they eat live insects and most cichlid food with no problems

I'm pretty sure the fish in the first picture is a Dollar Sunfish ( Lepomis Marginatus ) and the second is a gill of some sort . None the less ,, Nice Fishes !
