At first I thought they had ick, but the big pregnant guppy who is now separated from the rest has her tail being eaten off by nothing!

She appears to have extra slime around her back, and a few spots here and there.
She is also swimming awkward from the lack of fins.

Btw, this happened super fast, she didn't show signs till last night, now shes a mess!
Im scared my other fish in my main tank will get it D:

Whats recommended treatment?

I googled some stuff on fin rot and all signs point to Maracyn and Maracyn 2. It is suggested to do a water change and then add some aquarium salt. Then follow the directions using one of the fin rot products. This is just info I was able to find on google as I have never had to deal with fin rot. One of the knowledgeable people should be on to give you more detailed information soon. Sorry you are having to deal with the fin rot.

Maracyn should help to cure the fin rot for sure.

Keep in mind that this only cures the current problem but not what caused it in the first place. To my knowledge the most common cause of fin rot is a problem in water quality. It could be something as simple as water changes or too much food but the water quality seems to aid in this disease taking hold.
I would personally seek the reason behind it and if possible save the fish I could but in this way I would make sure that it is less likely to ever happen again.

Formalin is the best way to treat fin rot. Foralin with Mal. green is the best way for ick. Salt is also a good secondary treatment.

Definitely take a look at your water quality. It is the cause behind so many preventable illnesses in aquarium fish.
