thats the biggest part of the debate right now.... I spoke with a reporter who did a story on it on Sunday (he was with the Star-Telegram in Ft Worth) and he said it would be near impossible... but also that right now Sen. Hagar is beginning to back off from supporting it as things have been added to it and it is going in a direction he is not liking (not to mention his office has been flooded with calls in opposition to it). I know for here in Bexar County, the DA is starting to use facebook as a tool to catch people doing different crimes (drugs, animal abuse, thefts, ect), so I could also see them using it to catch people with prohibited plants/animals.

| lol, yea, the way I see it, I know I will not be releasing my fish or plants into the San Antonio river, or any other location other than another one of my tanks, so I am not to worried about it, lol.
I found out after I found this list, that I have a plant that is on there, lol

| What a waste of tax payer dollars...I understand if they catch you dumping it into a water way you get a fine, but if you have it in your home that is a shame. guy 1 "Man jails are getting overcrowded they just busted everyone at petsmart patco and wal-mart for having illegal plants." guy2 "Wow man that must have been a huge drug bust to catch all of them" guy1 "nah man they had no drugs just a few crypts" and we need a fight the power smiley | |
