just got fire shrimp

I just got a fire shrimp. He's posted up behind some live rock I can't really see him too well. I know he's nocturnal so maybe he'll be more active when the lights go out. I'm scared my powerheads are too strong for him. Can this happen or is he just really that reclusive?

After a while it will get acustomed to the tank and will make appearances
